We had such a fantastic experience with DJ Maddox this weekend! The music was brilliant, the atmosphere was amazing, and everyone had such a great time. He really helped make our party so special and kept the dance floor full all night. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the venue’s speakers, which he had been forced to use. Thankfully, DJ Maddox came fully prepared and had brought along his own sound system as a backup. We ended up using his speakers to eliminate the crackling, and the difference was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even brought along a photographer to capture some amazing dance floor moments from the evening, which was such a thoughtful touch. His song choices were brilliant, he happily took requests throughout the night, and thanks to him the dance floor was packed until closing time. He played a huge part in making our wedding reception so memorable, and we are incredibly grateful. We had the starlit floor, lights, and Photo Booth mirror which was a huge hit with our guests and children. All the photos were printed and sent to us. We found David through a simple Google search, and booking him was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and completely self-sufficient. After introducing himself to us, he then liaised directly with the venue manager at The River House and transformed his allocated space into a full-on party zone, complete with powerful speakers, great lighting, and an impressive DJ booth. David brought so much energy to our evening, reading the room perfectly and keeping the dance floor packed all night. We provided him with a playlist of songs that were meaningful to us, and he blended those tracks seamlessly with his own selections to keep the vibe flowing all night. We received countless compliments from our guests about the music and atmosphere, and several people have stated that they've made a note of his name for their own future events. From the ability to influence and input the set list for the event, to how we wanted everything set up, was all discussed and supported. The physical set up was done the day before at the venue so as to make sure everything was in place with no risk or time concerns on the actual day - and the results visually were amazing! The up lighters that they out around the room blended with our colour scheme for the reception, and have the venue even more impact for our guests. The whole sounds and light system used was so professional and even the staff at the venue noted they’ve never seen so many people up and dancing at an event like this before! The starlit dance floor was an awesome bonus too - and am So glad we had this extra to our package booked. We had our wedding on Saturday 11th of August and he was there at 9am setting up (due to wedding timings) then came back to the venue at 6pm to start sorting out for the evening, nothing was ever to much for him and always kept in contact with us to let us know what would be happening. We also hired the selfie frame and props which went down a storm with our guests especially later on in the night when the props ended up to the dance floor with us. Everyone had an amazing night and they were still on about it at breakfast the follwing morning. We got married on the 28th Arpil and from the second we booked him, he and his crew were outstanding. We hired the dancefloor, LOVE letters, mirror photo booth and of course the DJ with the complete rig. The Letters were bigger than expected and just looked amazing, the dancefloor really set the mood for the evening party, everyone had fun with the mirror photo booth and the photo album that we received from the pics taken on the booth is a great memento. And as for DJ Maddox, the music was outstanding, the song range was huge from party tunes to dance hits and the latest songs, there were people on the dancefloor from the moment he started playing right up until the final song.
